Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Non refund of Registration amount of e auction

Dear sir, I Sanjeev Malik jointely with Sachin Malik applied for eauction of commercial property held on 17 Sep 21 Bahadurgarh for auction ID No. 2943 (SCO plot). Registration amt Rs 1000/- and EMD Rs. 404100/- was paid. However on day of auction the auction was cancelled. EMD was refunded but registration amt did not refund till date, which is totally illogical. Once auction is cancelled by huda than why registration amount did not paid.

2. Like wise ID No. 2945 (5 shops), here also out of five, 4 shops cancelled and one shop for auction was kept. In this case also administration did not refund registration amount. I applied for a particular shop, keeping in view of the location. but she was deleted. Please refund the registeration amount for both the property.
