Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Not issuing conveyance deed for my property (huda faridabad)

Dear Sir,

I am NRI living in Australia.I have a property in Faridabad in Sectior 16A, House number 523P. I applied for Conveyance Deed in October 2015. There were some power of attorneys on the property but now they all have been cancelled except one. To cancel this last GPA the only person who can do this is the Deputy Superintendent Kamlesh Ji at HUDA office in Faridabad. I traveled all the way to India in December 2016 & met with the dealing clerk Mr Khan & Kamlesh Ji & I was told you will get your CD in 10 days. It is now three months they still have not given my executed conveyance deed. If I ring the dealing clerk Mr Khan, he says the file is with Kamlesh Ji but when I ring her she says the file is with dealing clerk. It is their internal procedure to move file from one person to another & we do not have to chase them to to this. Please advise how & when I can get my Conveyance deed from the HUDA Faridabad office.

Updated by sharmasks I am a NRI. I applied for conveyance for my property house number 523P, Sector 16A Faridabad in October 2015. We advised that to process this we need to remove GPA's issued to look after the property. Except one GPA all other GPA's have been removed.

The one outstanding GPA can only be removed by the Deputy Superintendent Kamlesh in the HUDA office. I visited HUDA office in December 2016 I was told that this GPA will be removed & in ten days you will get your conveyance deed.
When I ring Kamlesh Ji she says file is with dealing clerk Mr Khan. When we ring Mr Khan he says I have asked her many time to remove the online GPA she does not do that. We are stuck in the middle & it is now three months that we have not received our conveyance deed.

We do not know what to do. We live in Australia & we are stuck.

Please help.

I visited India in December 2016 & deputy Superintendent Kamlesh Ji told me that she will do it & I will get my CD in ten days. It is now 3 months nothing has happened. When I call her she says file is with the dealing clerk and when I call the dealing clerk he says she does not do it.

Could anyone ask Kamlesh Jir to remove the GPA from the online system so that I can get my Conveyance Deed.
