Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — rainwater storage in roadside

I am residency of sector 12 panchkula (H no 301).

Since this rainy season lot of rain water store in front of my house as a long pit was there. Bcoz of that lot of mosquitoes are there and full row of residance are feeling the same.

This is my request pls do the needfull by filling this pit.
