Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Regarding stray cattle on the streets

I am a resident of Sector 9 Ambala City (Pin code 134003). There has been an serious increase in the number of stray cattle in our area.These cattles are blocking the roads and can lead to accidents in the dark. No action has been taken by the municipality till now. This problem had occurred many times in the past also. Please look into this matter urgently and identify who releases these cattle on the roads so that this problem not faced again.
