Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Sewage block

We are a resident of sector 13 at h. No. 2029.in karnal city. We are regularily complaining about the blocked sewerage connection from the main hole itself but no one is listening or trying to correct the sewerage. We put various entries in their complaint log book also but we are still suffering form the last 6days. Can anyone concerned can get it done by the concerned authorities?
