Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — stray dogs in locality

I'm Akshit Goel, resident of #386 Sector 7 and there are 10-12 stray dogs in my locality and they bark a lot at night causing disturbance to everyone living in the locality.
Kindly look into this matter. It has become very difficult sleeping at night.
