No. 62 Your Reference No. L.A.O. (Gurugaon)-2013/7025 dated 12/09/2013 Sir, I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a residential plot No.110 measuring 250 Sq. Yards in the Paras Vihar Colony in Kartarpuri near Ansal Plaza, Bijwasan, Gurugram. The plot No. 110 measuring 250 Sq. Yards was sold to me via registered sale deed having planned layout in the Paras Vihar colony. Before I could undertake construction for my dwelling, the Land acquisition department of HUDA as per Land Acquisition notice No. LAC(G)-NTLa-2004/1045 dated 02/06/2004 for Plot Nos. 85/21, 22, 23 and Nos. 89/3, 4, Village-Choma, H.B. No. 62 has acquired the whole Paras Vihar Colony as per award No. 38 dated[protected] and award No. 43 dated[protected] for making 200 meters wide road or probably for some more useful purposes. We have visited the site many times and the whole land of Paras Vihar Colony is lying vacant and not being utilized by HUDA for any public utility purposes. I had been requesting the concerned authorities in your office to either give possession of my plot at the same location or if that is not possible, then I may be allotted a plot of same size at some other suitable site in Gurugram Tehsil. So far I have not got any satisfactory reply by any officials of HUDA and I am not having any other place to construct dwelling unit for my living. I being 74 years old lady is finding very difficult to manage place for my living. I therefore request you kindly to either give possession of the same plot in Kartarpuri or allot alternate plot at suitable place in gurugram so that I need not suffer in this old age.
