Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Unnecessary plantations in the park

Park number 1510, sector 15, Panchkula, Haryana

Am a resident of sector 15 Panchkula, Haryana. Here in Park number 1510 there is unnecessary plantation of plants so that the kids cannot play. The President of the park takes undue advantage of the Position. The elder people play cards everyday creating bad environment but they have problem with kids playing in the park. It's a Public property and not a Private Property. Your help in this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
