Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Water and sewerage bill amount deducted from account but not updated nor refunded

As i have made online payment Of my water and sewerage bill on Haryana sahiri vikas parshikshan(hsvp) also called HUDA.
And the amount is deducted from my account but neither it is updated on hsvp site nor the amount is refunded. It is still showing pending bill of same amount .
So either update my payment made for bill or refund the amount. I am attaching the message of payment deducted with details
