Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Water bill lot more than expected

my consumer no 200165
my bill for water and sewage of last 2 months is rs 2615
how the hell is this possible my bill for last year is not more then 500 rs please solve my problem or im gona compllaint against HUDA in cm window

i already have informed about this issue to our local authorities but they are not taking any action regarding my complaint please solve my issue as soon as possible
