Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Water flow on footpath near ansal api sushant lok sector 52 gurgaon

I am seeing regular water wastage from some pine near footpath since last 2 years during morning walk near Ansanol API Sushant Lok sector 52, Gurgaon towards red-light. Water flow is more than water flowing from any tap, and water is directly going into drain therefore no water logging in that area. Therefor there is no waterlogged and it is not noticed.

Please repair.
