Dear Sir/Madam,

I am living in 34/12, S block DLF phase-3 since 8 months and every day we are facing problem of water supply.

We would like to inform you that we have not received supply of water since 8-9 days. Also most of the time water are supplied in the night near 4-5 AM. We and other member of that society has complained many time to water complaint department but every time we received fixed reply from their side that "DLF are not receiving water from back side or water valve has been destroyed and we are processing of repair it.

Also, I would like to inform you that due to negligence of water maintenance department, we have to pay Rs. 1200/- to private water supplier every day.

Yesterday, i surprised to hear from private tanker supplier that DLF has not supplying water intensely because private tanker owner paid to them (to some person on high level in Local Authority )some bribe for not supplying water in the colony.

I suppose that you can under better then me that water is one of the basic need of human and how can a commend man survive without it ?

I request you to kindly look in this matter because it is effecting goodwill of the You, DLF and DLF staffs.

Please reply if water is not rely supply to DLF city and mentioned the reason for it.
