i want to draw ur attention towards my problem that I paid my water bill through (https://waterbilling.hsvphry.org.in/modules/ConsumerOnlinePayment.aspx) this site but money deducted from my account and bill not paid. my water bill consumer id is 30000082. nd name is pushpa . i tried twice so money deducted twice . please help in getting my refund . transaction details are attached below . one transaction is done by debit card and other is done through amazon upi .
