Booked 10 kg Kesar mangoes at Rs 399=00 plus Rs 99=00 for delivery within 24 hours and rs 89-64 as tax.Total amount paid rs 587=64. order No 20709 dt 3-5-22.Not received item till date nor amount refunded. They are charging Rs 99=00 for 4 hrs delivery, Rs 49=00 for delivery within 2 to 3 days and Rs 29=00 for order delivery more than 5 days. Request them to deliver the item and reimburse extra charged for 24 hr delivery since more than 3 days are over. Why are they accepting orders if they cannot deliver within the promised time. No email available on their order confirmation email for complaint or tracking. The website shows they deal in fruits, dry fruits, toys etc. and ad appears in rediff. Was this information helpful? |
