Haus And Kinder — Refund was not issued

This is regarding the Online shopping in the website hausandkinder.com . I had purchased 3 bedsheets and they called me that one of the bedsheet was out of stock and they would refund money. I didn't receive the refund.
The other 2 bedsheets that I received from them didn't fit and I returned it. I didn't get refund for any of it.
They claimed that the they have refunded and sent a screenshot. It doesn't contain any details like order Id or my UPI Id. I kept on following up with them continuously but no benefit.

I faced similar issue, with this website hausandkinder.com. They have WhatsApp and customer care number, I was calling, talking and shared all my issues but still no response after a month. Now, today they are saying they can't accept request for return and refund as it crossed time frame. This is really a cheat.
We all together have to raise complaint.

Same issue with me. Rather in my case they don’t provide refund nor did they send partial order. Very poor customer service
