Been more than 15 days that I ordered from them. Even paid for the same. When I tracked the order it says that the order is fulfilled… while I hv not even received anything!!!...

Order not delivered & not responding calls

Fraud company. Taking payments, not delivering complete order, not responding to calls. Cheaters. Order no. 226140. Took payment full but not sending complete order. And not responding to calls or messages. No customer care nothing. Fake company. Took payment for 2 bedsheets. Not sent 2nd one. I see so many complaints online. Scam....

Made a payment to Haus and Kinder via UPI for an order placed 26/4/22. Haven't received any confirmation mail or dispatch details, and when I try to contact customer care, they do not reply.
Tried commenting on their socials, and they deleted my comments. This looks like a scam....

This is regarding the Online shopping in the website hausandkinder.com . I had purchased 3 bedsheets and they called me that one of the bedsheet was out of stock and they would refund money. I didn't receive the refund.
The other 2 bedsheets that I received from them didn't fit and I returned it. I didn't get refund for any of it.
They claimed that the they have refunded and sent a screenshot. It doesn't contain any details...
