Respected sir,
we had purchased havells llyod ac 1.5ton and 2ton, total - 10 nos. From your dealer at akola. Maharashtra (please find the invoice attached)
but within 1year of installation we are facing issues with them. Some have problem with pcb and some have problem with other parts. The ac's are not working.
Your local service person denied to repair the same saying it out of warranty. But the problem we are facing right after 6months of installation.
We choose your brand llyod over the other brands, trusting in your reputation and prompt service.
But we got such a devastating / worst service from you.
We have more requirements but we have lost trust in your brand.
Again i request to take a look into the matter on a serious note and arrange for the repair of the same on priority basis. Else get our ac's replaced.
