A Llyod airconditioner was procured through amazon on 25 Feb 2023 and delivered the next day. We received a call from the technician for installation the next day, and he never turned up at the accepted time. For the next 3 days we contacted the Llyod office, the request was taken, escalations were done, and a promise that we will be contacted was made within the next 24 hours and so on, but it is 2nd of March, and still Havells Llyod has no clear cut idea about the installation and is parrotting the same response with a big sorry as well. An extremely sorry state of bad management or should I say incapability. We have spoken to their heads this morning - 2 Mar 2023, but I am not sure we will have it resolved by today. [ Just a waste of time engaging with them through the call].. A despicable example of customer service ought not to be.. Was this information helpful? |
