HAWKINS COOKERS LIMITED — Regarding blast of hawkins cooker not opening safety valve

I used hawkins cooker but yesterday my wife is prepared dal on it after 5 minute the cooker is blast and destroy my kitchen or gas stove whistle is not open as well as safety valve is also not open
