Regarding blast of hawkins cooker not opening safety valve
I used hawkins cooker but yesterday my wife is prepared dal on it after 5 minute the cooker is blast and destroy my kitchen or gas stove whistle is not open as well as safety valve is also not open

Faulty pressure cooker 3 litre CL3T

I have purchased Hawkins Classic Presente college from DMart Jalna with Sr No. CL3T 1 H04 327421date of purchase-05.02.2021 Bill No.[protected]
Pressure valve is not working properly and steam getting leaked contineously.

forcefully claim repair amount in warranty period.

Hello, I had purchased Futura pressure cooker - 5 ltr on April 13, 2016 with a one year warranty card with a assurance that Hawkins is a BRAND and if they promise for one year warranty that means they will surely take care.
Based on this i made my choice and purchase cooker.
unfortunately, cooker might have some problem and food was not cooking properly into it. Then we go the authorized dealer of Hawkins i.e. NATIONAL BARTAN BANDAR - Lajpatnagar, New delhi and said it is under one year warranty and please help us to make necessary action.
But as the rule of branded products, we neither get a call of email or SMS from Hawkins nor from National Bartan Bhandar from there we did deposited our branded cooker.
They repair our cooker and ask for INR 325/- and the most stupid statement that this cooker has repair at unauthorized person ( i would like to specified that if some one have a 5 year free warranty/ guarantee card who wants to spend their money for unauthorized person) I would like to ask HAWKINS that your cookers have a brand to ensure that it will serve customer for a long time and to ensure your good services and relationship with customer, you provide warranty for certain period.
IF CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY MONEY FOR THE SERVICE THEN WHY YOU ACT AND PROVIDE WARRANTY.
My cooker was under warranty period but still i have paid for it why????
Your dealer not ask me that they are going to charge me for making the changes.
I got to know in the time when i ask for it.
WE SUPPOSE TO UNDERSTAND THAT IF SOME ONE PURCHASE A BRANDED PRODUCT BY PAYING HIGH AMOUNT fFROM YOUR COMPANY, COMPANY MUST HAVE ASSURED TO DELIVER GOOD PRODUCT.
At last, I would request Hawkins to refund our paid amount at the earliest.

Respected Sir/Mam,
I would like to inform you that i was purchase contura 5 L cooker dated on 01/09/17 gupta trading near nagar nigam venkat road rewa. When i use it bottom of cooker black spot, i was complain company customer care number, he is said that this is a flame marks but i am using other utensil and hawkins classic cooker but no problem showing, then i call again general manager attend my call and advice submit product thane mumbai. So i dispatch cooker though of gupta sales corporation after few month return my cooker but condition is same. I am very upset this product then i call again he said again this is flame marks not a cooker quality but i think other utensil why are not flame marks show because i use one gas cook my food. So i request you sir please solve my problem because as a customer i think company fraud me and lower quality product give me and any suppot to me. when i call he said that only gas flame marks not a product quality.
