Hb Services — Petrol / the service man fillsup petrol without resetting the machine

I asked for 500rs petrol the guy said he heard 300rs and he puts 300rs petrol by asking he said I heard wrongly & without resetting the machine he fillsup rest 200rs by asking for complaint book he lended me more 100rs petrol as he knew he was caught and I also recorder it
