HBL Global — application of pending a final settlement

Respected Sir/Ma'am
I Mrs.Archana Manikrao Chavhan ex-employee of HDB FINANCE LTD, DINDORI BRANCH, working in HDB FINANCE CREDIT CARD department and my employee id is a32837. I join the HDB FINANCE LTD, Dindori Branch on[protected] and Resigned my job on[protected] due to some personal reason I quite my job.
I am writing this application for regarding a final settlement and before resign my past 2 month incentives are pending so as per the banks terms and condition or policy wise the final settlement and incentive will be disburse after 3 month of my resigned so till now I did not get my disburse amount.
Kindly tell me when you will disburse my amount or till how much time it will take.
