HBL Global — didn't get my experience letter from hbl global pvt ltd

Dear sir/madam, Good evening!
This is Vinothkumar A(Employee code:V13959). I have worked in HBL GLOBAL PVT.LTD in the duration from 28/03/2014 to 16/07/2018 (4.3 years).I got my resignation letter.But there is no experience(worked duration)mentioned on my resignation letter.
I got the new job offer in another organization. I need to proceed my experience letter in my new organization.
I requested for my experience letter softcopy through mail to hblhr.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.But, there is no response from HBL GLOBAL PVT LTD.

So I request you to consider my request and issue the softcopy of my experience letter at emergency with the duration in which I have worked in HBL GLOBAL PVT.LTD.It will be helpful to grow my carreer.
