HBL Global — Relieving date issue

My name is selvam. S. And i was working in hbl global pvt ltd from 01st july 2007 to november 2009 and my employee code was s23937. It was great experience working with you.

But as i recieved my relieving letter from you end mention it my last working day is 10/12/2009. But i relieving november month end.
