Sir, today on 28 oct 17 i have purchased a ups battery from "jay mate di trading" at kankarbag. I fitted it in ups and kept it for charging but after 2 hrs, i found ups got heated severely and got swollen. Immediate take out the battery from ups and went to shop as it was under warranty for 1 year but he told that it is your ups fault and refused to change. Bill is attached for your reference.
Please help me out.

Solar panel Return of Damaged item received received online. order No.[protected] received on 10.10.2018 at 3.00 pm. front panel glass is completely broken. please arrange to collect the damaged item and refund of amount requested.
