Vrla battery bank installed in gadaganj bts site of hbl make & 1000ah capacity in june 2019.
In battery bank 01 battery cell is faulty due to which battery backup is very poor,
Kindly arrange to replace faulty battery cell on priority basis please.

delay in delivery

Dear madam/sir

We have booked one consignment from noida to lucknow on date 25.06.18, consignment no. W991b3754278. Till now the consignment could reach at destination in lucknow.

After long pursuance to your offices, we find that the consignment not reach in lucknow hub.

Due to this delay our one order has been cancelled and have great losses.

Please let me know, who will responsible...

ups battery

Sir, today on 28 oct 17 i have purchased a ups battery from "jay mate di trading" at kankarbag. I fitted it in ups and kept it for charging but after 2 hrs, i found ups got heated severely and got swollen. Immediate take out the battery from ups and went to shop as it was under warranty for 1 year but he told that it is your ups fault and refused to change. Bill is attached for your reference.
Please help me out....

Mail not receiving in gmail from irctc

I have an account in irctc.co.in (user name is subbarm12). Unfortunately, I forgot my password. I am trying to reset my password and your site ask the email verification password and mobile verification password. I already got the mobile verification password by an SMS. But, I can't get email verification password. Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to reset my account....

Debit card blocked

I here with inform you to , i inserted ATM card for taking money from AXIS BANK ATM .Card has-been blocked inside the ATM at Allahabad near civil lines at 5.50pm today. So please kindly locked my account until unless get the ATM card.

PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

I have received SMS on my mobile saying that Pan Card card number alloted as ARPPB3540E and will be dispatched shortly.But till today i have not yet received my pan card.
Plz do needful on this issue.
