Hbn — bad service

I bought a product named bright smile and recieved it. But the product was defective. So i have sent the defective bright smile to the address of wagle, puna by speed post.
The speed post recieved by you on 27/11/17
But yet you havent sent the replaced bright smile to me. Every time i call on help line the same answer is given that we will sent the product.
Its too late. This is very bad service. If i will not get the product then i will have to go to consumer court.
