Under the certificate registration no. D[protected] plan d (5 years 10 months) dated 16.09.2010 i had invested 54000/- upto 16th feb. 2015 @ rs. 1000/- per month. I was supposed to invest rs. 70, 000/- upto 16.07.2016. After feb 2015 agent has stopped to take installment.
Now the invested amount with interest is pending since 2015. Company and agent is not responding to refund the amount. Sebi is also not taking any action to repay the amount of investors. It is our kind request to sebi to intervene in the matter as early as possible and repay the amount of common investors

Updated by sanjay organti I have invested in HBN Dairies & Allied Ltd, Registered office 3rd Floor VardhmanChamber Sonia Complex, Vikas puri New Delhi-110018. I have invested Rs. 54000/- under its scheme Reg. No. D[protected] from 16/09/2010 under plan D- 5Y-10 Months. @ Rs. 1000/- per month. Expiry date was 16.07.2016. Thus total amount to be invested was Rs. 70, 000/- But Agent/Company stopped to take RD amount of Rs. 1000/- from 16th Feb. 2015. Now the total amount of Rs.54, 000/- with interest is pending. SEBI is also not taking any action against the company. It is our kind request to refund the maturity amount with interest.
