Hbn Dairies & Allied Limited — Not getting receipts and maturity amount

I m depositing monthly Rs 300 in HBN dairies and allied Ltd from February 2011. My maturity date of recurring deposit is 27/12/2016. But still i haven't get any receipt after submitting the certificate of recurring deposi. Neither i haven't get receipts of last few months that is from September 2015. I introduced some of my relatives for the recurring deposit they also didn't get the receipts.
