Sir i have paid my counselling fee of total amount rs. 22000 on 15th july 2017
I have not taken admission in hbtu kanpur. According to refund policy of hbtu kanpur i was supposed to get rs.20, 000 refund but i didn't receive till now. I have provided my bank account details to them.
The university is not responding our calls and emails.
Sir please help me to get my refund.
