I gave submitted 40000 rupees for taking admission in hbtu kanpur but i don't get seat and my rupees was not refunded even after 2 months of counseling.

I have paid 20000 for the seat acceptance fee to hbtu kanpur in October 2020. But since I haven't selected any option from slide freeze ar withdrawal, I was automatically withdraw from the counselling.
According to their policy they have to refund me 15000 but it has been Feb month of 2021, they haven't refunded a single amount. They neither are picking call nor replying my mails.

Such an irrisponsible behaviour from the institute Harcourt butlur technical university is unacceptable.

During my counselling for admission in hbtu kanpur in year 2018 for b tech program, i have opted for withdrawal option i 2nd round. I have submitted a total of 20000 out of which 5000 is non refundable, but after 6 months, they are not providing any information and further not answering any emails. Please check this sir.

I have still not received the refund for the counselling fee for 2017. I was not allotted a seat and was expecting to receive 20000 of the 22000 submitted as counselling fees. Despite sending emails multiple times, there has been no response, and phone numbers are unresponsive too. Please respond at the earliest.

I have not taken admission in hbtu kanpur. According to refund policy of hbtu kanpur i was supposed to get rs.20 000 refund but i didn't receive till now. I have provided my bank account details to them.
The university is not responding our calls.
Sir please help me to get my refund.

I had registered forthe hbtu btech. Counselling 2017 and was not allotted a seat.
Since then i have been trying to contact the institute for the fees refund through all mediums possible.
But the institute didn't pay any heed to my efforts, showing a careless attitude.
I hope now i would have my problem solved

I sent this message to many people related to college management but no one reply me please sir do something.
This is regarding for counselling refund. After counselling over i contacted many times to get my refund because i need for emergency. But every times said that either official problem or bank issue. My problem is that i don't know what is my refund status yet. I didn't get any confirmation or status report or message till now and not uploaded any pdf of refund candidate list on official site. Also said that on official site that refund process going on sept 5. But not get my refund till date and now 2 months over. It is irritating. Please sir do something either upload refund candidate list or sent message or give my individual refund status.

I registered for the hbtu counseling and paid 22, 000 Rs. I did not get any seat in the counseling process and thus should get the amount of Rs 20, 000 back as promised. The message from hbtu said the refund will be done by 1st week of September but no such refund has been initiated. The hbtu helpdesk is not picking any calls or replying to mails.Sir please guide me and do the needful at your end.

I have registered my self for hbtu counseiling 2017, for admission in btech programme... As it mention in their prospectus, that to sit in counseiling, u have to submit..20000 inr,
As i[censored] cancelled ur admission before spot round then some amount of money will be refunded be hbtu kanpur after deduction of some money, as it is clealry mentioned in their.. Brochure 2017...
I have registered my self on 10 july and submitted counseiling fees that is inr 20000... But i am get my, interstimg seat.. So i withdraw from counseilig from hbtu counseiling 2017... Before 3rd round of counseiling... So as per theirrule they have to refund my money... Bt till now... They have made no action.. Regarding this... No notice.. No message... Is issued by hbtu admisssion committe, to students... Almost 2 moths going to be complete...
They donot pick up call... No replies to sms., email, etc.,
Their is limit of irresponsibility... Plz... Do some thing.
So in last... Plz.. Take response on this issue... As soon as possible...
