HCL — Annexure K with UTR number missing

Hi,
I had initiated the transfer from my PF account to RPFC trust under request REQ-79339 :[protected] My Sap ID. I was told to connect to my current employer. My current employer asked me to raise a grievance in EPFO portal. Now the EPFO office needs annexure K with UTR number attested by issuing authority. I don't have the annexure K with required information. I am trying to get hold of both my employer but both them ask me to connect to each other. I am attaching the comments I got from PF office for not transferring my claim yet
