Dear Pizza Hut Customer Support,

I placed an online order on 30-Aug-25 for Rs. 426.30 via Paytm, as advised by your executive at the RK Ashram Metro (Ground Floor) outlet. The payment was successfully debited from my ICICI Bank account (UPI Ref:[protected], and Pizza Hut was credited.

However, upon visiting the RK Ashram Metro outlet to collect my takeaway, I was informed that no order had been received....

I am an ex-employer of hcl and worked in hcl for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

Is there a way to get a copy of Provident fund statement(Provident Fund account number: HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/125676), Payslip & Form 16 for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

I had my pay slip and form 16 copies in my pendrive but it got corrupted. Any help is highly appreciated.

My last working day with HCl is first week of March. I could not continue service due to health issues and my status went to absconding however I paid for my notice period and got proper experience letter from HCl but my experience letter they have mentioned last working day as 27 April 2018.
Wrong last working day is updated in experience letter and EPFO service history.

I am an ex-employee[protected] trying to login to offboarding portal but not receiving OTP on email address.

HR is forcing to resign because there is no project. After resignation they will relieve immediately without serving notice period also. I don't know what to do i am the only person earning in family.please help what to do

A consultant from Naukri fast forward service make a call to me and process the interview process with Saravanan k who is hr of HCL, nxt I got mail as cleared first round, and then for document verification and for security bond sign he seemed money and said will be refundable .He said like their executive will visit my address and then he will submit all letters from HCL, I want to know whether it is fake or real

The BGV status shows as completed, but still i am getting continuous reminder emails from the BGV team even though the required documents were provided, also the HR onboarding showing as pending...

I had clear the interview on 24 jan 2023 and I chased a lot for the offer letter which was given on 21st of feb . I have submitted all the document on the HCL portal on 3rd march because their portal was not working . My joining date was 23rd of march which was extended to 30 march because of incomplete BGV. I have left the last organization on 21st march it's been a week now there is no update from the BGV team . I am having 5 + years of experience and never involved in any unethical activity. Few HR member telling me that my BGV report is red, some of them telling me that My BGV is AMBER . No one is giving me any clarity. I am jobless now. Either they should have done all these formalities before letting me left my last firm . Now who will help me to cover my 1 week loss and I am jobless now . Please help me

I was joined in hcl for night shift on 10 June 2022..due to because of my bad health condition I had taken a immediate relieving on 29 July 2022 with intimation to hr and Manager and also made the request for immediate relieving in hcl site also..but now I got the notice to pay the amount for 3months salary for not serving notice period.please help me..I am not in the stage to pay such huge amount even I didn't not taken the salary also what they demanding amount..please suggest and help me with an solution ...what consequences I have to face if I will pay such amount.

In starting 27 NOV 2022 i was having some health issue i requested to my RM he approved on 28 NOV 2022 and after that when i came form treatment they didn't approved i got abscond they were telling you don't take tension everything i will see right now fnf team makes my 3 month in my offer 2 month of notice period and they as of you can see. i know no one will approve the medical leaves for pain or check up but i got approval for 2 weeks in first week they started sending the letters which was very bad experience right now they are telling me to pay on Whatsaap. why i was not getting reply back on mail .

On 28th Dec 2022, one lady called and told that she is from Naukri.com, also told that im selected for telephonic interview In the company HCL. To get into interview she asked me to pay 1000INR.

Later, one man called me and told that he is from HCL company and started interviewing. Later he told that I have been selected for the package of 5.8LPA and asked to pay 10500 INR for security deposit. Later again asked to pay 10000INR and he told that all amount will be refunded in my new account after creating the same in another bank. Later when he asked for 3rd time to pay, I refused to pay and declined the offer.

Then he told that he will discuss with his manager regarding the refund of 21500 INR and never called back.

Kindly help me in getting the amount refunded.

I sent courier to Chennai location by DTDC courier on 24 Dec'22. While tracking the Shipment, its showing "Not Delivered - RISTRICTED ENTRY -OTR"

I am Rajesh Gangurde. I have filling form of iOnboard Profile in that I easily filled Profile Creation after that I am moving on next content that is my accomplishments tab. While filling Joining form When I click on Submit button on Profile Creation page it again goes back to Home Page instead of My Accomplishments page. Kindly help me in this.. I have also tried it on Microsoft Edge browser, Brave Browser, Internet Explorer and also tried on other laptops but no luck all having same issue not able to open My Accomplishments page.

In hcl esi onboard portal, after submitting the profile details it is navigating to dashboard page .. Not able to proceed further and unable to update accomplishments. Please check this

I relieved from the organisation on jun 01 2022, post that i have tried logging into HCL Exit portal to take my relieving documents with the credential provided but its asking for a OPT that OPT is receiving to my statestreet mail ID, which i have no longer access to it, its very urgent for me to submit the same in my current organisation help me to provide the same as soon as possible .it s been more than 90 days still awaiting for my relieving letter .
