Hmm, one more pleased trainee of HCL CDC here. I would add that HCL CDC affords great infrastructure. I am currently pursuing a software course here. I am not blowing my own trumpet or anything like that but it feels great to be a part of a great IT institute. And trust me on this guys.

HCL CDC mysore — Course material

We have joined for CCNA course in June 2010. They told we need to give full course fees for registering. Once registration done we will provide course material within 10 days. Now it is almost 50days, still we have not got the same.

Yeah Rajeev HCL CDC provides plant visits to trainees. That is one USP abt which the centre can be proud of. Moreover, I think their faculties are also cool as per how my senior colleagues have told me. I am also thinking of getting enrolled in HCL CDC after my degree.

Hmm, no idea abt the infrastructure or certificates but the counselling part strikes me. I went at HCL CDC to ask about some courses for my brother. The counsellor there was so sweet and helpful. , he might get enrolled with HCE course.

Hi everyone

I am a ex-employee of HCL CDC. Do not trust them. Once if you come for counseling they will say all that what will provoke you to get enrolled for the course. Like starting the classes immediately, immediate issue of book materials and offering placement etc. They will collect money from by sending a person to your home like what a bank does to collect money through collection agencies. After which they will not start the classes as specified time, no reading material will be issued on time, they will offer break to you in between the course. Once you are done with the course then You will be dragged for the exams and after completing the exams then you will not get your certificates in a timely manner.

I have seen people coming and shouting at the office for commencing the classes, issue of books and certificates. Even the laptops what has to be issued to the students who are getting enrolled were not provided to them. When they were not able to solve these problems they will change the technical head of the center and ask him to solve the problems. The discount coupons and vouchers for the certification exams will not be given in a timely basis. When you start questioning about these issues they will keep on giving some lousy answers and never provide you with a appropriate answer. They will even point you as if that you are the culprit. As a whole this is a High tech cheating business of one of the prestigious IT companies of India HCL. Never trust HCL CDC and waste your money.

Not only students even employees are a victims of the organisation. They wont give your offer letter properly. No proper appraisal and no proper relieving order. For my relieving order I am runing behind them for almost 4 months still now I have not received it.

My kind advice whether you are trying to get enrolled in HCL CDC as a student or trying to peruse a good career NEVER EVER CHOOSE HCLCDC. They are frauds and cheats. All they want is to make lots and lots of money. They don't care about anybody or anything.

U r post was quite interesting 2 read but let me tell ya that it is really a pathetic training centre ever to established i had joined SQL Server 2005 course in march 2009 i was intially assinged a faculty who teached me 4 1 month then left the centre till now there no faculty assinged 2 me it will b a year now...

i started my class 2 years back till know its not ended besides the faculty is too dumb... the management is unexperienced... they have no idea whats going in the market... they promised good placements and also told us that we would get on job training during the course so that when we enter the market we would have a experience...mr amar pujari has jobs available but our center manager has nothing to say abt it...the counsellors keep changing every now and then..they are truely pathetic...no dress code .. for them...exams are [censored] alllllllll ... whatever is been taught by the faculty... has no resemblance with the exam at allllllllll...we are fed up with this and you would have more complaints lately and we would have to take a strong action against hclcdc...mr praveen your hclcdc is good institution does not mean ours is good... do you have any idea what going on in thane..or many other places...so its better listen to what we say.. and let us speak...we need proper placements or else we will take a strong action ...thks...

HCL CDC PUNE has given me false offer letter and in that they mentioned you will get 18000 rs per month but the course also taking too much time and they are not completing course and every after 1 month trainer has been change very worst institute i have submiited money by taking loan but HCL cheated us no one is coming ahead to complaint as Manager of HCL CDC is very rude and she always used to say Jo karna hai karlo...so be aware and dont take admission in HCL CDC very fraud institue fraud offer letter and fraud promise i always think why these people cheat others how they can face god dont know by cheating others these HCL CDC people feeding thier childrens by making false promises...god will punish them If you are suffered from same situation please email me as i have decided to lodge police complaint against HCL CDC so mail me we can save other students life and money...

Humne to time se pehle hee apna admission cancel kara diya aur aaj HINT jaise chhote se institute se technical course karke bahut khush hain.

I am Kush Rai one of hclcdc student of Mumbai. I have enrolled in ghatkopar branch. I have joined that in may 2008. My course was HCNP. I was assured that my course will get completed in two year.
My fees for the same course is 58000 Rs given by councilor on my fees receipt but Mr. Nishikant Pandey is denying the sane by saying that it may be a mistake from councilor, so I can’t understand there persons are making a mistake so why we will pay for that even.
As I fill that the councilor are in center only to achieve there target for the month not for the guidance of new comer student because they want admission should happen on any basis and after admission these kind of things get started .
He says beta woo sub mujhe mat bataoo if he is a manager for the center so who will listen all these problem, blaming to student and get in to corner I don’t feel is a solution.
He was not accepting that in conveyance of 500 Rs on each person was kept on my join time so as per that I should get 3000 Rs for 6 my Candidate was still pending.
The Candidates are :-
Navin Singh, vimal kumar krotiya, jetendra shau, ramashish yadav, amit singh, mukeh yadav .


IF any one has solution or answer for the same then only replay .

I am Navin Singh one of hcl student of mumbai. I have enrolled in ghatkopar branch. I have joined that in may 2008. My course was hce. as i was assured that my course will get completed in one year. and i will get job within 4 month of joining and a laptop. but till now i have not recieved a single thing and my course is still going on. i asked to Mr. Nishikant Pandey our new centre manager. he says that "purani baaate chodo unme kya rakha hai, naya socho" that is the reponse i got. Our MCSE trainer Miss. Anuprita. She said to me while my mcse class that i[censored] want to get pass than give good feedback. "taali dono haatho se bajti hai". this is the trainer. And whenever i used to ask her something that this might be wrong she used to say i have 10 year experience. i pray that someone should stop this classes. bcoz this is not of hcl. They even don't come to know that there is vacancy in HCL. so how can anyone trust that it HCL"S classes. this class is fraud.Please refund my money.

Even the course content is also very good. HCL CDC is meant for aspiring students not for people who go there just to time pass and meet thier mates.huff!

hcl is really minded institute. Faculty here take the course very fast so that they can complete there lectures early and saved the money. They even do not take 1 extra lecture for revision. They ask for money for revision lecture. They begin to start asking for installment on 5th itself when we have to say it on 10th of every month. They tell us that we cannot sit in class if we pay fee even on 11th. Im suffering after taking admission in hcl vileparle. I really suggest not to admission in hcl. They do not provide any tutorials here after paying so much fees.

Hi friends,
I done my course in HCL CDC davangere they promise to complete within 4month but they drag its one year, after also one of my friend still didnt get the certificate from HCL CDC. While joining they were speaking nicely but after joining only you come to know about the infrastructure or the quality of the HCL. They rae giving the job assurence also but they giving in some local companies, in that there is nop link for what we learn in HCL & doing in that company.
So before joining to HCL CDC in anywhere in the world pls think & then move forward...

I had taken the admission for HCE in HCL CDC allahabad. I paid the fees 56, 900 in august for the course which was supposed to commence from 10th Nov. in Noida after transfer.

However, my classes never started and they kept on postponding. I spoke to Mr. O P Mishra in Noida and also informed Mr. Ankur and Mr. Gautam too.but they

kept on giving excuses and false promises that the classes will start from tomorrow or wait I call you back latter and informed you when you have to join. Now, They want me to join the classes in janakpuri, which is far from the place I stay.


I request you to either arrange for the Classes in Noida as soon as possible or Please refund my Fees. Or else I will be forced to take legal action against

the authority.

Dear friends i am going to provide u few true and internal information, which will help u to know about this fake institute.
HCL CDC kolkata, i did my summer project from there...
The Hr Ms Monikonika, and other managers as for example teritorry manager Mr. Souvik Bhattachria.and arun Zeviers. etc they usually behave with all sip's very badly...

at initial they promise to provide the Traveling expenses but later they swallow all the money...all of them are big cheater.
Though they made us work like hell but at end of they day they don't forget to behave badly...
other than behaviour ther products are useless...they just use the brand name...they dont have any base faculties are worst... materials provided are also worst...as i did my summer project from they i know the inner details of this institute...Senior managers even behaves badly with the juniors employees...

We worked in HCL CDC for 2 months...we visited different places in and outside kolkata...bt did nt receive any TA.still now we havent receive any certificate ...they made us market all bluff products...they even bring students by providing wrong n fake information...

Such kind of institutes should be triggered down...

But let me tell you one more thing guys Monikonika is tough nut, she is hard to crack she don't like people who will be taking her for toss, misguiding her i worked under her guidance as Telecaller she is flexible when you are right in your job but trouble comes if she found you wrong. I have done my intern .But its also true that Debashis Saha never willing to pay money as he thinks what ever the travelling we have done so far are all fake.
Mr.Arun Xavier are more along with Sandip extremely poor communications skill .

With great dipsappointment I would like to bring into your notice that the center that your esteemed organization is running at Raipur is not up to satisfactory lavel.
All the students are fadup with the poor service & lack of faculty & facilities.

I myself is a working person in an IT company joined here for CCNA course why because I got a golden chance to join in an MNC company as network Engg.
So I desided to be a CCNA certified personal that I have to complete in a month. I visited there & the councellor Ms Gurmeet commited that the CCNA course is just one month course & can be completed within a month. I joined for CCNA course on 6th March-09, got paid registration fee & decided to pay lumsum amout at once.
I decided to attend evening class & got permission to leave office at 5:30 just for a month. Classes started very smoothly, faculty was also good. After a week classes become irregular, I was forced to pay remaining fee or else I wont be allowed to attend class. I paid remaining fee. Sometimes we attend only a single class in a week due to non availability of faculty or mismanagement.

There were no LCD / Projector, No saficient PCs for LAB, No drinking water. We were taking our own LAN cable to practice LAB.
The impression of HCL CDC we got, cant be described in words. I never think that such big banner institute can treat students like this.

Now after a month the faculty asked me to attend morning batch at 8 to 9:30 AM as there was afew students in evening batch & they were problem continuing the evening batch. Any way I had to complete the course asap so I agreed to come in the morning even it was very hard job for me to reach HCL as I was staying at Durg (45 KMs - 1.5 Hrs journey) but any how I managed. again after some days the faculty started bunking classes and so on, finaly he left the HCL & now again no classes here. We lost our patiance instead of several complains & followups no one was there to listen or understand our problems.
We talked to Mr. Rahul, Ms Geetu, Anand but no one was giving satisfactory answer. The reply we got was- we are trying our best...

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your action of money back, I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem as soon as possible.

I Agree with you all people... i too took admission by the brand name..but soon realized that they are only the franchisee.. i took admission from Bareilly branch and transferred my course to F1 noida..

The guys literally tortured me by asking me L1 form, receipts, others papers. The motive was not to register me… and to insult to the injury. their is a policy to deposit the fees on 10th of every month and if you don’t… you will be asked to show the lab card every first 2 weeks of the month….

I shifted from the Bareilly branch because the staff and the trainers were too slow towards their duty…late course, time consuming.., no books on time.., every thing you can imagine worse…. BUT the only thing which was on time was the FEES before 10th of the month….

In Noida the people who are irresponsible are:

1. ANKUR CHAHUAN (not to be found in his seat usually…smoking outside)
2. GAUTUM GHOSH (I had a word with him and he literally said to me.. that he is not responsible for

3. and some of the persons who usually chat on their terminals when the staff is not present…

Many more authorities who are not qualified to be fit to the position…I am saying so because I am a Masters Degree holder an MBA from UP Technical University, Lucknow.

I suffered not so much loss as management student…if compared to those who paid the whole fees of HCE, HCNE…but of Rs. 15, 000 rest I recovered from the Regional Head Mr. Anil Bhatt… the only person seemed to be doing his job…that’s because he returned my money back….

The trainers are also so friendly towards you…when the situation is beyond control. cdc pitampura is the center of just taking money with no placement, no books and no helps for any kind.its just spoile waist ur time n money. I have done CCNA from there, i highly recommended that plz do not try this center for any course.

HI my name Devanshu kumar, I am a student of HCL CDC (south ext) new delhi branch, HCL CDC is third class institute, I joined this institute on Jan 2010 for MCSE and still i am not completed my course[protected].there is a faculty who is a laziest person all over the world, my class time is 7to 9a:m. but he comes at 8am ever day, after that 15 to20 min he chit chat, and only 30 mins class,

1. Batch timing is 7 to 9 am but institute open at 7:15 and sir comes at 8 a.m.
2..in the class 10 pc.s are available but only 2 to 3 pc.s work properly.
3.we are doing mcse coure but we login as domain user that means there are no righths to do any thing.
4.we complent evey time about this but no one is eger to solve the problems.
5.they promished us we will give original books of microsoft, but they gave us four in one and save money.
6. they promished us about placement, but when ever we discuss about placement they tell send ur resume at our email id, we sent plenty of time but no response from them,
6. i am ccna and mcse certified but still there is no vacency for me.
7.they taught us third class (bakwas), they did not solve our doubts
8. our batch strength is 10 students and 3 students got jobs by own and still 7 are waiting.
9. whenever we talk about placement they excuse abut we do not having placement manager from 3 months due to which we r suffering from this.

HCL cdc located in belgaum district karnataka state is a Fraud one, , , , please don't join . The first time i went there was to get some information on CCNA and RedHat.. they told me not to worry about our teachings we are the experts in CCNA and our Faculty's are CCNA certified and RedHat certified., but they made me one condition to pay the fullpayment in advance and I agree for that.. later when the classes started i was just shocked by the way that faculty (Farooq) was teaching and after 2, 3 classes i asked him when did he completed his CCNA certification and from where... you will not believe what he said .." NO, who told you i am certified I have not done this course also its because Ibrahim sir forced me to take so am taking, " oh! GOD then the next day i went to Ibrahim i asked him about all the crap .. then he told no Mr. now you have to adjust, we can't do anything ... There's lot more i want to say but i have just wasted my 15 thousand Rupees, for nothing and now they are not taking my RedHat classes also.. so am not getting what to do..

I want to draw attention of all IT aspirants to the self styled IT Networking expert trainers - the HCL CDC.

We r at loss after joining RHCE course in an HCL CDC (Indiranagar, Bangalore branch). The counselor initially provided wrong info that the faculty is RHCE certified. The faculty there has done only RHCT on RHEL-4 version. He is not able to finish the course properly and can't clear our doubts. Whenever we draw his attention to finish the RHCE books provided from RedHat official curriculum, he says he can't go by the book and that the practical labs described in the book can't be performed in the computer lab.

We approached the center manager for batch transfer to other HCL CDC branch, but he bluntly refused saying there is no such provision. Whereas the other HCL CDC branch claims there is such a provision if the institute gives batch transfer letter. We r left in nowhere after paying such hefty course fee and spending two months in HCL CDC for nothing.

The other HCL CDC official asks us to approach consumer forum for assistance and says we should not have joined that center in first place since that was a franchisee.

But that is not our fault, how can we distinguish whether the HCL center we are visiting is a HO or Regional center or a franchisee. We joined because of the brand name 'HCL'. They all hang the same big banner on their HCL CDC centers.

All these IT training centers want to make money by trapping students in the name of big IT companies. They do not care for "quality", which they put emphasis on during some press meet at inaugural functions. So, this is the true picture of the so called excellent service provided by HCL CDC.

I tried calling the HCL CDC Noida branch Phone on[protected]/4, the receptionist Anku Chauhan did not connect me to the concerned person and said to just mail my concern to Regional Manager at [protected]@hclcdc.in. He kept my phone on hold several times even after knowing its a long distance call.

There is no proper governing body at HCL-CDC which can look into students complaints & resolve their issues. They are all concerned with making quick bucks thru whatever channel possible.

Here's hoping that the higher ups in HCL Infosystems open their eyes asap, so that HCL CDCs do not bring a bad name to this global brand name and paint their name in poor picture.

So here we are, left with no choice but to approach consumer forum, write mails to the concerned persons in HCL rank ( which I am sure will have no effect and will fall in deaf ears), Education Minister, the Global HCL Head and other majors in IT sector (where ever it rings a bell) :( and still hoping for the best.

Plz avoid these corrupt IT training centers and spread message about this incident.

I have got the 30% discount in talent hunt exam held on 15th of September, 2007 and payed my all installments but now when I deposited my full amount the account department is demanding Rs. 11, 200 more saying that there is no entry of the said discount in their record.
I have given the exam from my home town Moradabad by the consult of my counselor Ms. Deepti who assured me that I can give the exam from any centre of the HCL CDC. I got the 30% discount in the exam. When I talked to Ms. Deepti about the concession (discount) she confirmed the result from the former center manager Mr. Anil Bhatt. Mr. Bhatt himself checked the result from his record and allowed the said 30% discount. After some days when I reconfirmed about the discount adjustment she (Ms. Deepti) assured me that the 30% discount was given and entered in their record and I have to pay only the amount of Rs.39200 (56, 000fees – 30%discount) as the fees.
But after a long period when I deposited my full payment eg. RS.39, 200 (56, 000fees – 30%discount) they are demanding a amount of Rs. 11, 200 more as the said discount is not in their record .How could I be responsible if their record is not updated as they are using a new software for fee records or not updating their records time to time. They are mentally pressurizing me to pay Rs. 11, 200 in maximum three installments which is totally illegal and beyond the limit of law.
I talked many times to our current center manager Mr. Gautam but he is not ready to take any action in this matter.

i want to know more about HCL-CDC

I too faced similar problems in the HCL CDC DSNR branch(hyderabad). I joined in the N course by paying 8000. I attended regularly for the classes but even after 45 days they did not complete even 30% of the syllabus( the course was scheduled for only 30 days). When I took this to the center manager he talked to the faculty and promised another batch but never provided any. Now they say that I have discontinued without informing them so they wont pr0vide me another batch. So after paying 8000 bucks and several conversations with them I am [censored]ed up.

My advice to anyone who wants to join HCL is "Self-Preparation" coz even after shedding thousands of rupees you wont get the valued returns.

Nilesh.. If your problem is genuine you must report it to HCL CDC HO.. they might act on this matter urgently. I dont think most of trainers are bad.
only few might be casual in their approach. I am also student of HCL CDC, i havent faced any such difficulty

Rahul..I think it is mistake of few people that has resulted in this situation. Whatever are your major problem please report them to concerned authorities directly in HCL CDC HO.
We have also implemented that measure you had suggested by introducing help desks(soon to be implemented in each centre).

hii. I think HCL CDC are providing good education basis in guiding us in career.
CDC, Noida is good branch for technical training & infrastructure is good.

Hcl Cdc provides good training & knowledge.They provide adequate techincal knowledge of course module.Cdc Mayur vihar is good centre.

I also got training from that centre, Infact it is excellent centre for training...

HCLCDC is reputed company i am sure some one is just wants to spoil the name of the company so they has passed such a command.I am very proud to be a student of hclcdc in pondicherry. Our faculties are guiding us in right way. if you really want to upgrade your career my suggestion is to join in hclccdc in pondicherry.All The best.

HCL CDC / Computer Education — No service after payment

Dear Sir/ Maa'M,

I Abhinay Jha had enrolled for N+ Certification on 12-Dec-09 and i was
advised that the course would start from 14-Dec-09 by the student
councellor Shailja. When i reached office on 14th i was advised to come after 3 days and since then i have been told the same thing for next 7
days. She wouldn't attend my call untill i would send an sms advising her
of the actions that i would take if the issue isn't dealth with. Later on
20th of Dec i was advised that trainer is suffering from Swine Flue and
so
the training is delayed, when i advised for refund of the amount now, i get
a new date to speak with her everyday. On 2nd Jan 2010 i called when i
was
advised by her that she was on leave and would be back on 4th jan 2010.
The same thing was advised when i called on 04th Jan 2010. Later on 5th Jan 2010 i was advised by her that she would get back to me by evening
regarding the issue which she never did. On 06th Jan when she didn't pick
my call i had send her an SMS advising that i would file a case against
HCL
CDC highly unprofessional attitude in consumer court and then would claim
for the compensation. I just checked in google.com and i saw that their
are many students who were trated the same way.
I would request you to please get my refund the amount that i had paid for education as i no more wish to continue with this eductational institute.

hi this is vipin rawat. i have done HCE from hcl preet vihar the full name is HCL CAREER DESTORY CENTER. I just want show my problem those owenerbale person who's startd the course.don't play game with student career. u dont know how to parents earn mony. when i joined to HCL CDC that time they gave me promise that when u will complete the course we will place in HCL but i found that was fake. whenever i go to interview i did not select b'coz the certifaction is not valid . only me and my friend know what was the expection when we started the course all the expection has been broken. we just want to thankyou for HCL CDC Destorying our career.

HCL CDC is one of the best centre of Hardware & Networking.I am student of HCL CDC Meerut. The trainers are very co-operative & very talented & solve query instantly with full satisfaction.

I am a student & got selected in iteledge program conducted on 21st March 2010 in HCL CDC Pune. They are saying to pay Rs.125000 for 1 year certification in HCL & BSNL. Is this program guinene/authenticated?

HCL cdc is fake ...i'm student of hcl cdc mayur vihar ph-1 New dellhi ...there is hole faculty is corrupted they had cheat with me ... at the time of addimission they told the student very high fee ...such as i'm enroll in 2008 they told my your fee is 1, 08000 annual bur after that at time of fee they told me your fee is 1, 20000 !!

Hi, I have enrolled for OCA and OCP course in HCL CDC Velachery chennai however I am not satisfied. They give importance to project works rather than course. Its six months now I am yet to complete my course. Now there is no faculty. I paid Rs.26000/- for Oracle however I think its waste now.
