I have been trying to very email for the past couple of days.

But NISM doesnt send OTP. I gave valdated my email ID and have used multiple devices to try it. But the issue persists.

I am writing to alert you about a serious issue regarding the upcoming NISM exam scheduled at the following center:

It has come to my knowledge that there is a plan for organized cheating at this center during...

When i booked my seat, the amount has been deducted from my account, but the seat has not been confirmed yet. When can i expect a refund for this?

I was giving my exam on 6th October 2022 at lucknow centre gomati nagar of NISM in shift time of 1:30 to 3:30 pm but I along with others was asked to start exam 10 minutes earlier at 1:20 pm and while giving exam when we were supposed to finish it at 3:20 pm the lady invigilator was instructed by the centre manager named sourabh srivastava to make the entry of next slot candidates 15 minutes earlier to my exam slot finishing which disturbed the concentration of mine and I couldn't secure passing marks and as per the instructions mentioned in nism all candidates have followed it then why the nism institute is not following it and asking the next slot candidate to enter exam hall 15 minutes earlier to my slot finished timing.
Please ask the nism to refund my examination fees as it's their mistake which they have done deliberately. I have complained to nism but nothing has been done till date

Please help me with result i had appeared for the exam of nism 5 a mutual fund then also it is showing absent in the website i scored 74 please help

I have attended and passed the nism va exam held on 23 rd july 2022 through home proctored exam from 3. pm . however, the status is showing as absent as of now. please check....

I've completed NISM V-A exam through "Exam From Anywhere" online mode.
Followed all the instructions and completed the entire exam and no where I've been interrupted or questioned by the examiner. Initially I've been asked to show 360 degrees of my surrounding, I did that too. And it was of total silence.

If there were some disturbance or doubts, they could have interrupted in between why prolonging till this?

I'm not sure why they have put my certificate on hold. I've contacted on email but the exact reason was not mentioned anywhere and asked to file a appeal paying 590/-

Gave my NISM series XV exam today ( 11 July 2022 ) at 12Pm. after completion it was displayed that I have pass without providing makes. but when I checked their website it shows enrolment status as awaiting appearance. Please help me regarding this issue.

I've given nism Mutual fund Distribution part 1 exam on 6 September 2021.it was an online mode due to the pandemic situation.. I've given my exam through my friend's laptop as I don't have my own...at the time of exam..as I live in 1 rk i had given my exam in kitchen...and at the time of exam idk why my exam has been terminated..but during the terminal I've completed my test in half of the given time..and after that they directly prohibited me from giving any exam..after my objection that they can't prohibit me without giving chance of hearing they decided to arrange hearing in that also they send me text message but they didn't provide me link due to which i was not able to attend it..after that in hearing it was clearly proved that I've not done any kind of cheating nor I've tried just because I live in one room kitchen i can't throw out my family members in that pandemic situation... plus I've completed my test in half of given time..if i was trying to cheat then how become i can complete my test..and after that they appointed their one of the member Ms Nidhi Murdia to whom i tried to explain my situation that i can't appear for re exam as i don't have my own laptop and at that time offline exam was not possible...and she didn't responded me and successfully wasted my time, money..and for that issue I've also called to Nism helpdesk for atleast 5 times but they can't help me and I'm totally unsatisfied with the decision which is very unfair for me..so it's my humble request to provide me my certificate and i want compensation for my wastage of money and time ..and I've all proofs of emails and call recordings.

I enroll the examination of nism I paid thru upi id and the money got deducted from my account but not any response in nism i talked there they said check with ur merchant or tpsl education so pls help me in this matter

Gave my NISM EXAM 5A EXAM Today (26/05/2022) showed the passing percentage after completion but when I checked their website it showed enrollment status as awaiting appearance later it showed my status as absent.

Please help me with this as I had given my exam for the second time, both my money and time are at stake here..

Didnt expect such technical negligence from NISM .

I gave my examination on 14th may 2022, and passed it with good marks. But my certificate has been kept on hold saying I've used unfair means! I have not used any unfair means. I was all alone in the room. There was no voice whatsoever. There was no interference from anyone at any time. I even showed the whole room when asked. I challenge this decision to hold my certificate. I wanna know on what grounds they're doing this!

I gave NISM research analyst exam on 30th April 2022. After passing the exam I received an email (It is observed that your conduct during the said examination does not adhere to NISM''s Policy on Use o[censored]nfair Means, Cheating, Impersonation, Forgery during NISM Certification Examination, CPE and eCPE). My certificate has also been put on hold and while inquiring I was asked to raise an Appeal which will be costing Rs590. I am not sure for spending another Rs590 on some allegations. I did whatever and whenever asked during the exam. If I am found indulging in some unfair practices, I would ask to email me with the proof so that it can be easy to settle.

Hi,

I gave my NISM Series 15(Research Analyst) exam (enrolment no: [protected]) on April 16th, 2022. For ungodly reasons, after successfully passing my exam, my certificate is on hold.
I havent used any unfair means to cheat the exam, I was alone in the room which evident from the 360 view i gave during the exam. There was no noise in the room either.

If there was any issue about me cheating, then why wasnt it raised during the exam itself ?
I did make use of a plain paper and pen to solve the numericals in the exam. How one expect to do long calculations in mind?

I have filed an appeal too but I hope i can get some help from here.

I am Krishan Kumar, Enrolment no -[protected], took paper of research analyst on 27.03.2022 at 5 15 pm.
they sent link on my mail to start the examination on my registered mail id [protected]@outlook.com with out any set of instruction, do and don'ts.
neither i received my admit card in my registered mail nor in their website, i was looking for admit card but not received from any source. i received admit card in their website after a day of the exam on 28.03.2022.
without knowing "do and don'ts, i unknowingly done some mistake and they terminated my paper in between.
as i was new to NISM and it is my first "exam from anywhere" experience, i literally don't know what to not to do.
its nism sole responsibility to provide set of information to candidates 24 hrs prior to the exam.
i request NISM to retake my exam and let me complete my exam i have attempted 82 questions.

I had give my nism VA exam on 27 jan 2022 and my enrolment no. Is [protected]. And passed with 87 marks. But my certificate is on hold basis use unfair mean I have followed all guidelines of nism. However, the reality is completely different. I have given my 360 degree review of the room. As well as the proctor should gave warning once which was also incorrect as I was not looking anywhere and the same has been raised to the proctor. Could they just cheating when i am passing above 80 where the proctor closed my exam when I started my exam.

Later I had applied for appeal also I had clear all the test in front of commitee members but than after week later getting mail from nism to reattempt test at the centre with paying fees after wasting my 1 and half month should I reattempt my exam. If nism and committee member have a proof than why they are allowing me to reattempt exam without any fees. How can someone get this marks with cheating. Even i cleared my test in front committee members. I can challenge this as I am not involved in any such act and this maling the reputation

I had made it very clear on mail that I cannot be travel because of doctors not allowed me to travel for next 3 to 4 month because my pregnancy is very week than they are repling me that you reattempt once u will recover after 3 to 4 months, should I hold my business for 4 month. customers will not have faith on me. I just hold all my customers 50 lac bussiness and waiting for certificate.

Either nism should send me proof or realized my certificate. Please help me with this because both my time and money stake here. Didn't expect such missguildine from commitee member and nism. Even their is no concerns person to talk it has been a tiring and very frustating journey for me as I have constantly calling customer care number most of the time they dont pick up the call and when they do, they give me excuses. It would be a huge relief me if you could forward my complaint and resolve it as early as possible

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that on 24/02/2022, I was giving my NISM VA EXAM online but protctor has stopped me in mid of the exam.
I was giving test sitting in my chair and focusing on test questions and try to understand question then putting the answer.
Since Font size of questions is very small, it was difficult to read for me ( 50 + age group). But I was trying to read and understand the question so that I can give correct answer.
But the Procter has interrupted me many times to view 360 degree camera of room view and table . I have showed many times.
Due to continuous interruption I got panic like exam fobia. My blood pressure has also increased 120 to 165 points. I have suffering from fever since last night before the exam date.
I was trying to give answer according to my memory and knowledge only. I have not done any cheating at all.
I was alone in my room with all doors and windows closed so the roadside traffic noice and noice of street vendors can be avoided . But proctor has blamed me there is somebody in the room. Only my daughter was in separate room. And I was in separate room. No other person is there in my floor.
Since I am living in Gurugram, No Test center in gurugram. I was not aware of Delhi locations.
That's why I have choosen online exam.
My first preference was Off line exam if the center is in Gurugram, main city.

I want to give grade1 to this Online Exam, It is creating unnecessary panic during the exam. And wrong measurement of judgment to the students.

You are requested to look into this matter and try to understand my views and resolve my problems.

I had given the exam of nism V-A on 14 feb 2022 through seb browser of nism before exam i already shared 360 degree with proctor during examination the seb browser closed 3 times also i am working professional and i work in construction company and i have give my exam from company ware house and nism releases my provisional certificate after exam now at time of certification they say you use unfair means i did not understand why you not stop or debarred from exam at that time through your proctor this is totally unfair with people who want to pursue carrier in securities market
i really feel saddened
