I'm Akanksha Singh Jaiswal, B.tech(ECE), 2016 passout from Kanpur Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
I got placed in HCL Talentcare from my campus on 15th march 2016.According to company norms, I have initially submitted Rs.40, 000 by the end of march and they told us to pay total Rs.2, 00, 000 for the training.I have paid the total amount in the 1st week of august after declaration of my final year results.They took the telephonic interview and told us that they'll give the joining date shortly.Almost 6 months already gone from the date of joining and at the end of September they gave online training before onboarding which is of 15 days and told us that it was also elimination round.But I have cleared that too and they told us that they'll give us joining date shortly.9 months have gone from the date of selection and at the end of November, they suddenly told us to refund the money which we had given and refused to absorb us without giving any reason.
Due to this, I have wasted almost whole 2016 year and missed various job opportunities and now I'm jobless.
