Worst company to work, worst company to learn and worst employees
For students:

1. First, fake sales pitch to trap the students by their marketing team with lot of bogus commitments to collect all the fees in advance. Later once you paid the amount and reach the location at the very first step of your career, you will find yourself in the trap without having any choice. They will give the location as per their wish with different domain and services. If you want to change or you wish to refuse to continue under the proposed domain, you will be kicked out without any refunds.

2. Trainers take money from you to give you clean chit results and attendance.

3. One of the trainer had also started his own company for l&d outside the organization and insisted students to join the same at cost effective rates by criticizing the own company.

4. No women safety is there at the premises and sometimes over safety shown by the management on commenting on the personal issues / reasons / matters.

5. Cheesy comments, arrogant attitude, unprofessional language is coon from the trainers.

6. You will not be able to reach the touch points who will address your concern.

For employees:

1. Most employee non friendly company-location, where none of your concern will get addressed by the management.

2. No kpi, no target sheets, no structure - only bluff for the management representation. You will be appraised as per the pampering, apple polishing and your laughter’s and repo sharing with your manager. Preferably you will leave by yourself or asked to leave, before your appraisal comes.

6. The worst training leaders, i have seen in my life with poor support functions with high attitude just to maintain their dominance on the floor.

7. No proper leave management, admin support, hr support or training and assistance for the employees.

8. Treatment to females is non friendly as all the leaders themselves are females and you will witness lot of cat fights and crocodile tears.

I have personally seen employees, who were assets to the organization were asked to leave or forced to resign due to silly reasons on the name of performance. Just because of the hcl name, this organization is sustainable else this will soon eliminate from the market.
