SIR I HAVE TAKEN HCL LAPTOP FROM THE COMPANY THROUGH ONLINE ORDER WITH THE LAPTOP THEY HAVE GIVEN IN AD THAT THEY WILL SEND MACAFEE ANTIVIRUS CD , AND M.S OFFICE 2010 CD BUT THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE ABOVE PRODUCTS AND SEND THE LAPTOP ONLY SINCE FOUR MONTHS I HAVE COMPLAINING ON PHONE AND EVEN THROUGH EMAILS BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY EXECUTIVES I HAVE COMPLAINT ON EACH AND EVERY EMAIL ADDRESS FOR WHICH I CAN GET THE PRODUCT BUT THE COMPANY EXECUTIVES HAVE NEGLECTED AND DID NOT GIVEN WHAT I SHOULD GET FROM THE COMPANY WITH THE LAPTOP.PLS LOOK THROUGH IT CONCERNED DEPARTMENT.

My laptop model number is AE1V2353-I and serial number is 6111AE876243. My laptop was not powering on. It was in warranty period and warranty serial number is 711B[protected] so I register my complaint at HCL customer care number [protected] on 8th December 2012 and on the same day I submitted my laptop at the Fourtech Computer (Authorized service centre for HCL laptops), Shivaji Nagar, Pune. Today is 1st January 2013 and still I did not get my laptop back. Its almost 24 days when I submitted my laptop.

I have sent them many emails and many calls asking them to repair my laptop or issue me a new laptop as my work is impacted due to laptop unavailability. But neither I am getting any response from their side nor my laptop.

As I am a IT professional, this is impacting my professional and personal life, which is very frustrating for me. I need your assistance and appropriate compensation in this case.

HCL PC with serial number 2123AC314447 was purchased on 14.3.12 It had a 9 month warranty automatically extendible by 6 months if the PC was registered within 1 month of purchase. The PC was registered with HCL on 06.04.12 (within a month) and this was acknowledged by HCL on email.

Now the PC has developed a problem and is not working at all. HCL is simply refusing to honor the warranty and refusing to send the service engineer to check/repair the PC.

This is totally fradulent and blatantly cheating the customers.

problem in my tablet in[protected] i went to service center they said
to me that this problem is out service and you have to pay 350/- for
resolve this problem but they don't give me any dam bill.but still i
paid 350/- and when went collect my tablet same day new problem has
created in my tablet which is charging
problem ,then service said that this problem is in under warranty it
will replace by the company,but company has given to me old tablet
which has again charging problem and hanging problem, i don't want any
dam old tablet i will take only new tablet or refund my money,i

within a year several times it was at HCL service centre. And
sometimes after servicing within a month again it was not working..

Again now PC is not working... "No Signal"....

Please let me know what to do??? If HCL is giving this kind of service
then really its not at all accepted.... Also i Have not recevied my
extended warranty docs , only i have sms confirmation......

whenever motherboard is getting replaced i asked HCL person how long
it will work, and i get a very smart answer that "we dont know".

If HCL does not know?? or HCL is giving so poor things that almost
every month we require a new Motherboard/ computer

I got placed in HCL technologies as a part of my campus placement. from the time we got placed we received official mails from HCL Technologies that our joining would come in the month of june 2012. Nothing in this regards happened. Rather in the month of September we received a mail from HCL Technologies that they will be conducting a retest and on account of the score we will be given our joining. Every mail we received in regards of the retest (called FRP) it was clearly mentioned that the test results will be out within 7 days.
Our retest was held on 30th September 2012. Even on 11th October, no results have been out till date. Rather we receive a mail that the result will be out till 26th October 2012. Is it not playing with the future of young aspirants??

Please take the matter into consideration and do something

A req number- [protected] is raised for laptop c084ax218820 owned by Soumendu Bhanja, but the same is not addressed although more than 30 days has passed. I have dropped a mail to NODALOFFICER also, still no reply.
Even in the service report provided by IVEL technologies all the problems are clearly mentioned the same are not getting addressed.
Although the product is under Extended Warranty , it is not getting repaired , excuse behind that is spare parts are not available.
Please let me know the process how can I proceed to teach this fraudulent company a nice lesson.

I am Kiran who joined HCL on July 5th 2012. I attended 3days of group induction after which they declared projects for each new join however i was allocated for a project but on bench. My friend who joined HCL 1 year earlier than me was on bench for more than 8 months. On the same day i got offer from another company for 20000 Rs less package. Still i accepted this because i did not want to work in HCL as i was on bench and i am not sure how many months it will be continued. At the time of leaving the company i informed the HR about this and he said he will take back the offer however i will be in abscond list.

Now HCL sent letters to my home asking me to pay 35000. Is it really a problem?

Hi Team,

I had purchased a HCL tab me Y2 with sim card. Bill no. 488 on 13 August 2012, paying 14,500/- cash. It is quite unfortunate that within 3 working days the LCD started flickering even though there was no mishandling or physical damage to the product.

The tab was continuously hanging and with flickering LCD, I was upset and finally took the tab to Service Centre at Chandigarh, Sector 17 on 14 September 2012.

Your representative Ms. Renu Chawla, duly copied in the email, informed us clearly that this tab has LCD issue and will need 20 days to get it repaired. Another information given to us by Renuji was many tabs of the same model are occuring with same issue and there is a manufacturing defect in this model.

Therefore, I requested to get the tab replaced and not repaired as the tab was unused and I was not ready to wait for 20 days for a piece that is not even used one complete day, also since its my wedding and I will be shifting permanently.

My request was denied by Ms. Renu.

To resolve this issue, I request ythem to kindly accept my request to replace the HCL tab with a same piece without defects.

I trust HCL always have positive approach towards the customers and believe in resolving the issue. I have been using HCL products and have never encountered any such problem earlier. I would welcome them to discuss the matter further and close this issue as soon as possible.

after two month from the buying date a hardware problem is created in my laptop. hcl service staff 3 to 4 times resolved that problem after taking my laptop wit me from service center that problem is not solved. at lastly hcl service center staff repleced my laptop led screen and ram setting. but that problem is not solved now hcl service center staff repleced my keyboard . but sir my laptop is new so why i take a repaired laptop . i told hcl service center staff that i will complain about your service in consumer coart he told me no problem you can take action but i will not give you new laptop so at last i am filing a complain about hcl service so pls solve my problem as soon as possible. thank you..

Readers, Be-ware , This company seems to be importing scrapped items / discarded items (Hardwares retired by companies as obsolete in coutries like Singapore/Malaysia) and fixing them up in their Newly assembled systems here in India. What a big sham. I have had such a bitter experience with them and still trying to resolve the issue.

I bought four desktop through online payment (order no. 59480) from HCL stores. The lady Sweta in HCL stores confirmed the payment and promised to deliver our PCs to our office by same day or day after. Next day they ask me for ID and bank statement.

I sent them ID but waited to appear transaction in bank statement. After 3-4 days when my bank statement was updated for transaction of payment from my account to HCL technology account, I sent that bank statement to Tanvi Singh (in HCL ). She said she will forward it to her bank and then come back to me for delivery.

After 1-2 days, she mailed me that she need photocopy of my bank card. I talk to my bank in Norway and they suggested me NOT to send anyone photocopy of bank card. My bank said its ABSOLUTE strange that someone is asking bank card photocopy.

I told Tanvi, I can visit her bank to show my bank card but she always wanted me to send her my bank card photocopy. Due to several persuasion and promise that nothing will happen with my card, I sent Tanvi my bank card photocopy.

After two day, when I contacted Tanvi for delivery, she said her bank AXIS BANK is saying that this transaction is a Fraud case and that why they will cancel my order. I asked them a written confirmation from them about on what ground this is a fraud case.

I talk to my bank in Norway and they again repeated that its absolute strange that someone asking for bank statement. My bank told me to send them that on what ground HCL or Axis bank consider my transaction case as fraud case.

I sent a mail to Tanvi to write the ground on which she or her bank consider it a fraud case, but she sent me a mail, which says "as discussed", . However I wanted to know the basis on which they considered my case as fraud. They have not replied yet.

I spent abour 15 days in these hassles. No deliver of our four PCs, and payment is already in HCL technology account.

I dont know why they ask for my bank card if they have to declare my case as fraud. Also they have not mentioned on what ground my transaction is fraud.

I will appreciate if someone will take some action.
