HCL — Unable to download Relieving letter

Hi Team,

I have tried to download relieving letter and experience letter from HCL my separation portal but it says “not found” for both the cases.

I need the letter asap as my joining in another firm is tomorrow and I’ve reached out to them multiple times but no luck.
