HCLTech — onboarding process

I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my onboarding process for the Card Dispute and Chargeback position in Chennai. I attended a walk-in interview on May 16 and was subsequently selected. I had my offer discussion with the HR team on May 22, and on May 28, I received an onboarding email containing various links but without the necessary login credentials.

Despite multiple emails to the HR team requesting these credentials, I have not received a response, and I am unable to proceed further in my onboarding journey.

So far, I have contacted four HR representatives regarding this matter but have not received a proper response. I kindly request your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
