How to transfer my HCL PF trust amount to my bank account?

I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my onboarding process for the Card Dispute and Chargeback position in Chennai. I attended a walk-in interview on May 16 and was subsequently selected. I had my offer discussion with the HR team on May 22, and on May 28, I received an onboarding email containing various links but without the necessary login credentials.

I am an ex-employee of HCL Tech.

I have worked in HCL from Dec 2004 to July 2005. My SAP ID is 40126750. The organisational email ID used was [protected]@hcltech.com.

I require the following details for my employment with HCL -

1. UAN Number
2. PF Statement
3. Form 16
4. Form 26AS
It has been more than 4 weeks I sent this mail to fnfsettlement team at HCL, they have not responded yet. Kindly help

Iam an EX HCL-employee when i tried to login into HCl separation portal Iam not receiving OTP to my registered mail id. Kindly check and resolve the issue.

I am able to fill only the personal details section, not any other( Accomplishments, Nominations).

Also BGV documents upload not able to verify the login.
