In april 2018, hcs mentioned multiple benefits on taking their medical insurance on a premium of rs. 7000/- from me. But after that they barred the incoming calls on the mobile & landline numbers, they have given to me. They have also not replied any of my e-mails. They have even closed their website.in this way i lost my rs. 7000/- without getting anything.
They are duping the customers.
