Hcs.org.in — hfi insurance premium for two persons self and spouse-fraud by hfi

On 23rd November, 2018 i got repeated calls for the membership offer from a salesperson who called herself Ms. Simran kaur from hfi (Health first india), for 1+1 years for 2people insurance with 3 lakhs mediclaim coverage for each including coverage even for regular doctor visits. They also assured that 30% cashback offer for online premium payments. I paid the money through credit card vide acknowledgement No. 72349 dated 23.11.2018..They assured me that they will send welcome kit with free medical checkup vouchers.When I contacted after one month, I was told that the welcome kit was already dispatched and he will give me the link to trace the same. But no further information and not attending calls . Then I realised it's a fraud, after they stopped answering and none of the numbers are working. It seems they have changed their website and name from hcs to hfi. But the address posted on the new site is same. https://www.healthfirstindia.in/I am also cheated in the same way
