[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Card — feuding with customer and harassed day by day

1. My card number is [protected] and my name is maheshwari asary.

2. My card limit was rs.40, 000 which is issued mar’2015, due to monetary constraints i wanted to settle my credit card from hdfc bank.

3. In the month of nov’2017 hdfc credit card settlement was agreed by both the parties rs. 40000/- in lieu of outstanding rs. 49696/- (As per nov’17 bill) with 5 installments each month @ amount rs.8000/-.

4. As per the attached settlement letter every month i paid minimum amount from nov’2017 to feb’2018 (4 months).in the month of mar'2018 which was my last settlement month i got a call from hdfc collection team to pay rs. 26708/- as a final settlement amount, and i paid the same amount on 30th mar’2018.

(Note : in this period my credit card was under settlement but still every month i was getting the same bills with high interest amount.)

5. Suddenly in the month of june'18, i got a call from a agent to pay rs.31000 pending amount. When i lodged complaint against it then they asked me to pay rs.3367/-. Received mail 19th june’18 (Mail screenshot attached).

On my complaint i received a reply on 18th june’2018

6. Then on 28th-29th june'18, again got a call from a agent and he asked me to pay rs. 1500/- to close this settlement process.

7. If my card limit was rs.40000/- and i paid interest 2 years and i paid all the amount of my settlement as per the hdfc collection agent, then why i am getting mental harassment and torching email from advocates and bank.
Every month i am getting bill with the interest charges, from last 3 months i am asking for the payment statement from nov’2017 to till date, so that i can identify, but they are continually send me the bill statement they don’t even bother to reply at least.

Just want justice and get my noc from hdfc, then please close this because i paid amount more than my card limit and they are now extorting monies from me under third party threats. I am a young lady employed in delhi on a meager salary and am unable to submit to their extortion attempts and also cannot bear their mental harassment's.
