I am a tcs associate, i've raised a new card request on 27th dec'18 after i blocked my old card (Lost). But still i didn't received my new card and any updates from hdfcsupportteam and mailed to kiran and ganesh but no response received.
Please look into this issue asap.
And could you please transfer the current balance amount in the new card. I am waiting for your response.
