We were working with HDFC officials Praveen Kumar ([protected]@gmail.com), Krishna (krishna.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) for Home Loan. As a account holder of the bank I did not expect such a poor experience. We had to request the bank multiple times to provide right guidance on documentation - 3 different people claiming 3 different set of instructions. I have tried bank website complaints, request a call back- grievance redressal- all to no avail. For past 45 days odd so we are being told- next 7 days. someone fell ill - next 7 days. Rain- next 7 days. It's ridiculous that bank calling everyday to give loan in just minutes is taking months because of an inefficient mechanism in place. We want to withdraw our loan application and move on to another bank but a few originals are also with the employees. I hope this gets their attention! Was this information helpful? |
