HDFC Bank Real Estate Destination — for closing hdfc bank credit card - regarding

Myself manabjyoti daimari. I have submitted 3 times hdfc bank closure form along with clearing all outstanding bills on my card. But, hdfc bank doesn't close my hdfc card and sending a same message many times like dear customer, your recent written request on the credit card ending xxxx could not be processed. Details being sent - hdfcbank. I don't want to listen/see drama anymore from hdfc bank. Please close the credit card and send noc to the undersigned.

If hdfc does not take any step further, then i will file legal case. Please close it at the earliest.
