Hi,
Since I was requested for my policy surrender dated 12th dec, Shared all the required documents on 12th Dec, following up with hdfclife team at [protected]@hdfclife.com, continuously following up and sharing documents again and again over emails and called up customer care multiple times, but still my payment not done yet, After I raised a level-1 escalation in system then I got an email on 15 th dec, that my payment will be credited in 15 days, but still not credited my payment, this is completely not acceptable and unprofessional. Am completely helpless with hdfclife painful process and poor escalation system,
Kindly look into this matter.
