Having made aware of National & State Consumer redressal forums'orders today awarding Rs 1Lakh and penal costs to 2other residents in D wing Premier Residences Kurla, I am here by asking HDIL to pay me compensation for delay in posession of flat D1206 in Dec 2013. Failure to do so will invite a case precedence in all appropriate courts. Also HDIL is requested to show me proof that they had applied for an OC, Occupation Certificate & given a letter of discharge to the Association during Handover. We are still suffering in all A to K wing due to this and water supply problems & leakages in almost all flats. Was this information helpful? |
