[Resolved]  Hdu Healthcare Pvt Ltd — non-refund of advance amount as promised

I had hired a nursing attendant for the day shift from 13-29 February 2020. I then continued it for 1-10 March 2020. I was asked for advance payment with the promise that the advance for the unused days would be refunded. I paid in advance for 1-10 March 2020. I terminated the hire it starting 1 March, so refund of Rs 7500 was due for 1-10 March. I have reminded them several times, sent my account details etc, but no refund has come to date. The person with whom I dealt was Ambrish Mishra, mob. +919560089955. They have not provided an email id.
